Private mech for Motor Mounts in the IE or OC?
Does anybody have a good shop in the 951 or 714?
Looking to get motor mounts done, plus I need a good shop anyways.
My last shop gave an estimate of 8 hours to fix a burned bulb on the climate control unit. I watched with great amusement as they explained how it would be necessary to rip the whole dash apart and put it back together.
They asked, see you in a couple of months?

They're the best that I've seen, even people I know who work at dealer say that. Price is quite reasonable, but best of all: they're brutally honest. I keep asking them to change the harmonic balancer (after reading so many horrific story of them breaking), but these guy keep telling me that they inspect it, and nothing need to be done/replaced. Only after I got the dealer record, that I realize mine have been changed in early 2001 (with newer design model), two months after I bought the car.
Few of us here have used them, all walked away impressed.

I paid $200 for the right and left motor mounts at the dealer and took it to my mechanic. It took him less than an hour on my V8 motor. I wouldn't pay over $400 for both sides with parts and labor.
