Last straw!

Bought my Benz at the end of July in Florida. Salesperson told me they did not have the time to install the 6 disc changer in the trunk before the truck came to ship the vehicle to me in Ohio. So they finally sent me a changer by UPS after 2 months of phone calls and emails telling me that the salesperson left the company 2 days after selling me my car and they have no proof I was to get one.

So I take my car and changer to the dealer here 2 weeks ago and they tell me this is the wrong changer for my car. Now I have been emailing the GM of the dealer in Florida with no responses. So, do I now call and complain to MBUSA? Got a phone number for me? You spend this much on a car and they try and screw ya on a freakin cd changer!

the two models which would fit your car (fiber optic compliant) are MC 3010
and MC 3198.

Well, Monday I emailed MBUSA about the dealership not returning my calls or emails. Today I get an email with a tracking number that my new cd changer and license bracket are on the way. AMEN!

Funny how my email to MBUSA resulted in a delivery today of my new cd changer.

And that is how it should be. You bought a new car, they should respond immediately...I'm glad it worked out
