Pioneer AVIC-D1, hard work?

Hello fellow 210 owners, I was first thinking of getting a comand system in my 210, but knowing me being a techno freak and then finding out that the technology wouldnt be that good. I decided to go with a AVIC-D1 from Pioneer instead. In my opinion its gonna look pretty nice.

Im wondering what kind of extra parts I need to make this work. I am pretty new to this but I am a fast learner when it comes to car electronics. I am also fitting a multi function steering wheel and wondering if this would work with the AVIC-D1

Can you make the OEM GPS antenna work w/ th ePioner system, or at least purchased that shell and stick the Pioneer reciever inside it?
