absolutely not. keys are geared for your VIN. the best you can hope for
with street bought smartkeys is to replace the casing should yours become
damaged. internally (and electronically) you cannot purchase previously
owned keys and hope to save yourself $100+ through recoding.

dealer does all coding. end user only gets to resync, change batteries, and
hold the key to their jaw making funny mouth motions while manipulating the
buttons
