GREETINGS! HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND A SAFE NEW YEAR.!!

i have been recently in n accident , in which i was not at fault.

( i was struck by two unlicensed, uninsured fontana, calif. hispanic drivers) but...here is the puddin on the cake: i failed to respond timely to my coverage policy payment. therfore, my policy was lapsed and denied .

bottom line, the individuals have no insurance,i will see them civilly in superior court for torts. etc.
this repair to my car is going to be cash out of my pocket. i am currently seeking advice to seek a bid for this project, i have some bids from 6 k to 15k , 15k ridiculous. ( front end bumper, fender, rear end suspension ) if the insurance agent would have adjusted my claim, a salvage may have been paid.
however, i need to repair it. does anyone know of any shops that work with people like me, should i use after-market parts to decrease the prices, i plan on holding onto it for another year or two. i want it nice but my budget is 6500.00 help ( inland empire, calif, los angeles area, etc.

damn that sucks, I just got my car side swiped about a month ago, if you do plan on keeping it a year or two more you might as well pay for it to be done right since you still have to look at it and drive it still.

I have your way out

I had that problem one time in my life. Here is your solution. Find a friend or family member who has good insurance like AAA, etc. You have 30 days to add the car to your insurance after purchase, and it is fully covered if you have full coverage. What you do is write a bill of sale to that person. Go to the DMV and change the car over to that persons name. Now you have that person call their insurance and tell them there was an accident. They can say that they were driving or say you were driving the car to their house with their permission, when it happened. Or you slid in the rain this week.
You wont have to pay a dime. Car fixed for free. Just find someone who won't charge the deductable. Transfer your car back to your name in 2 months.

What a great idea! Think about it... By the time you finish your jail time for insurance fraud, your car will be good as new!
