Dirty Mechanics
On monday I noticed my car was running sluggish. I took my car to a family friend to check it out. He found out that the number 7 cylinder was dead. He asked me when was the last time I serviced the car. I told him in January, and told him what was done. When he looked at the spark plugs, he told me that the were shot. He said the guys at the other shop didn't change the plugs. It was such a deal for 100k service so I took it to them. Only $400 plus a free rental car. Now I know what the deal was
they wanted me to come back with a f---ed up car. I called them. They said they would change the plugs. This time I will watch. Last time I take my car to Group Specialties in the Bay Area.

....but I'm still not clear what it was that confirmed that the plugs were not
changed back in Jan....say, 15,000 miles ago. Why could they not have
crapped out in the ensuing 12 months? Do you have pics? oh.....hmmm,
did your invoice itemize parts and it was shown the plugs as having been
swapped for new?
