Replacing Seat Sensor Pad, Ne1 Do It??

I have to replace the passenger side seat sensor pad on my '01 E430, the dealer quoted me $650 to do the job, F-that!! Has anyone done this themselves, and if so, where do you source the parts from and/or did you do some sorta write up.

I haven't done it yet, but I will be soon (within three months or so, I expect). I'll be taking pictures, so if I beat you to it I'll share. the local dealership and indy shops quote me ~$130 for the part (passenger seat sensor).

Please post pics!

I had a similar quote from the dealer! So when you finish the job please post pics and any "unique/special" tools used. Its a nice idea but fails to soon (5-6 years old). Of course right after the waranty runs out!
