Hi everyone...
Well... I ended my HP search. I broke down and leased a new 06 E350. It was hard to part with my 30K 2002 E320 SE... but it just made sense at this point. With a 1970 Corvette with 400 plus horsepower sitting under the hood... I already have a hotrod...
Just to let everyone know... the C32 engine swap is the best bang for the buck and the swap is easy. Josh at HoP can confirm this as I spoke to him a few times. Trans will mate right up, the rear will handle the new HP and the ECU and engine with supercharger will run about 2K-3K. Installation will run about 2K soup to nuts.
