Transmision fluid!!!

my car is making a rattleing noise when it is in park and nuetral, and no noise is coming when it is in reverse and drive. And when the car is in reverse the car doen't move when i release the brake, i have to push the accelerator. Another question was, where do i put transmission fluid in??

and what is this for, steering fluid???

Problems sound dire, yes that is for power steering fluid. Here's a link that will help you out, that transmission is sealed. even though this a C230 much of it applies to your vehicle LINK

thanx alot ill check into that. but if u do, do this, will this fix my problem with the rattleing noise??

Tough to tell what you rattling is but it sounds like it could be a catalytic convertor that has broken down. The ceramic substrate will rattle inside the convertor.

Don't attempt to top up your ATF without first checking the level - and to do that, you'll need a special MB dipstick which isn't supplied with the car.

The reservoir you pointed out is for the power steering fluid. The cap will have a dipstick attached.
