Question Wheels

I have 215/55/R16 tires on my car. What AMG wheels size do I need to buy without having to do any body modification? Thank you.

Here's a link to what I've posted recently. I went to 18" AMG's with Bridgestone Potenza tires. No vehicle modifications; some would probably lower the vehicle but I probably won't do that...

AMG 18x9 Style III et39 Silver - Rear
Bridgestone Potenza RE750 235/40x18 - Front
Bridgestone Potenza RE750 265/35x18 - Rear

Why did u use the rear tire size to be diff from the front tire size?

That happended to be the way the wheel package was set up; $1099.00 for real 18" AMG's (W211 chassis) in that exact size. The tires were then selected to fit the wheels and have a near-perfect match to the originals so it didn't mess up the speedometer and odometer.

Check out this tire calculator for different set-ups and the end results...

If you want 17" the tire size is 235/45/17 all around or staggered with 255/40/17 in rear. You can find many styles and proper fitments on www.tirerack.com
