I had a rattle in one of my converters, and the dealer only changed one of them. My 8 yr /80,000 coverages will end in a few months. Is there anyway i can get them to change the other converter, even though , so far its ok?

 

Hit it with a hammer and you will bust the inside. Will give you the same rattle effect. Now they will change it

 

negative, dont hit it with a hammer youll end up paying for it, ANY marks at all on the catalyst other than minor scratches MB will not cover, and no there is no way to get it covered, unless it goes bad
