I'm assuming this means removing the rubber seal around each door, spraying some goodness, curing and then reinstalling the seal?

nah you have to take the LONG black panel under the side skirt on each side of the car off, and under those there is 5 or 6 holes that lead into the boxed part of the "frame" of the door sills and you spray wax in there to prevent rust..... more or less for places with "winter" ive only done one of these here in cali, dont see em much

so it's the rocker panels?
