'03 E320 wagon 44k for $24000. a very good deal?
I'm looking at a '03 E320 wagon 45k milage for $24000. Still have 6mo. 5k factory warranty left . One personal owner, clean carfax report and autocheck report. Blk on blk.
This price, 24k, is even lower than the trade in value from both Edmunds and kbb. I will have it inspected tomorrow. It is sold by a reputable dealer so I think probably things will be fine. But its been on the market since Feb, makes me wondering...
Is this a very good deal? too good to be true?
It is a NY car. Will this be a concern?

Edmunds and KBB have the '03 as a W211 where this car is a W210. That accounts for the difference in their price versus the real price for the car. I think the $24k sounds like a reasonable price if it passes your mechanic's inspection.

The dealer is smarter than you are, there are very few good deals, sometimes you can hoodwink a private seller. A dealer I dealt with told me "a good Mercedes should move within a month" or it costs us money, sitting on a lot means nothing. $24k X 6% ....
