What's the difference between these two warranties?

WarrantyDirect.com offer two different kind of term, one is called "MBI (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance)" i.e."bumper to bumper" and the other one is Golden MBI. For a 2003 E320 wagon, MBI is about $1000 more expensive than the Golden MBI. Can anyone familiar with the warranty help me look at the coverage to see whether the MBI worth the extra $1000? Thanks!
