I got my blower and regulator replaced like a year ago. Now my ac vent in the middle doesn't blow forward, it blows upward and I can't redirect them. I played with the wheel near the vents and it doesn't do anything. Any clues?

 

I brought a replacement climate control module and the problem still exist.
