1997 E420 Electronics problem

My check engine electronics light is coming on everytime I start the car! The low fuel light also flashes sometimes when tank is not even close to empty? I have checked all the lights and electronics on the car and can not find anything wrong? It runs fine? Anyone had this happen before?

Thanks,
Troy

Perhaps a bad gas tank cap?

i'm living the same nightmare. you need to have your codes run and diagnosed. i had the charcoal cansister replaced, and some other sensors the first time around. the lights you mentioned have since come on, so we replaced the gas cap (most obvious and unlikely cause). lights came on again, code came back as fuel pressure sensor. codes were cleared and we're waiting to see if the come back on. three codes i have now are the fuel pressure sensor, purge in evap system and secondary air passage leak (which will mean i'll need a valve job). the 2 fuel codes seem to relate so i'll probably need a new pressure sensor.

Have you taken the car to the Dealer?
I had the same problem, I had the Check Engine Electronics message and rough idle, I took it to the dealer and they replaced the Spark Plugs, its been over 12 months already and I haven't had any problems.
