Those like like an after market wheel styled after an MB wheel. The center cap doesn't seem to fit right. If they were a stock wheel, you could look at the numbers stamped on the inside for the size and part number.

Looks like a wannabe AMG wheel.

Definately not stock nor officially from MB. Exactly what E-Klasse says.
