anyone know the code for 1997 e320?is it the same code for all 97 e320?

I dont think they are all the same. Usually the radio code is on a card, kept with the owners manual.

The dealership might look it up for you from your VIN number. If the radio is not the original one then they may go by the radio serial number. You need the code that matches that stereo. No other one will work.
