I bottom out, need parts. Please Advice

I bottom out, need parts. Please Advice
Last night I bottom out my car, and it cracked the passenger side engine mount, and the engine is sitting on the "rubber" part of the mount.
I want to know where I can purchase parts at wholesale cost. As I'm going to do this with a friend.

More than likely I have to replace the stock exhaust manifold. I was wondering if anyone here knows anyone in Los Angeles area that can make custom headers, or a manufacture that sells a header set for a 98 W210 E430 V8??
