What in the bloody world is a "districtor"?
Do you mean how to remove a top speed limiter, as in "de-limit" the car?
If that were the case, I believe you need to take it in to a tuning shop (such as CarLab) and have them reprogram the computer. This is not recommended however, since the 1997 E420 comes with H rated tires and cannot take the heat from extreme high speeds.
