Rear air vent not working...

My rear air vent is not working. The vent in the console facing the rear seats. For some reason no air seems to blow out of it, even when the fan is on high. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
TIA, Vern

if you have vents in your lower console, make sure that vent is turned on as well.

Remove the carpet panels on the center console to inspect to see (IF) the vent tubes are hooked up.....if not remove the Center console to inspect the vent tubes

If you have vents inside your center arm rest you have to make sure those are turned to the closed/off position or you will get no flow from the back. Even after closing mine the air flow is still poor! just a one of the flaw of MB I guess .
