Only time I have seen trunk lid spoilers offered for our w210s was on this site:

If you look under "Mercedes exterior" under 2002 E320 you should be able to find them. Schatz and Expression are the ones offering the spoiler on that site. You might want to check the other tuner websites (e.g. Brabus, Lorinser, etc..) for a spoiler as well.
