Looks awesome. What are the offsets of your front wheels? Did you have to use spacers?

HOTNESS!!! .. now get drilled rotors for the back and color-match the calipers to the front...... or are you getting brembo rears too??

Chucky300, they offer a noticable improvement in braking. You can feel more bite in the brakes and there is less slop in the beginning of the pedal travel. I would be surprised if Brembo did not offer a kit for your car. I got the kit at tirerack.com. Do a search there and see if they have what you are looking for.

sbarsap, I do not remember what the offsets are for the wheels because they have been on the car for a while. Luke from the tire rack sent me a template that I cut out and used to measure to see if the brakes would fit behind the wheels. Apparently, the calipers take up a lot of space, so they do not fit behind many wheels. No spacers were required for mine.

OJwerks, I thought about getting Brembos for the rear too, but because the fronts do most of the braking, I spent the money on Kleemann headers (pics coming soon!). Drilled rotors and color matched calipers for the rear sound like a good idea though.

michakaveli, thanks for the compliment.

nimski62, I paid a few hundred less than that. The Tire Rack had a sale price on the kit because they were switching from having the kit in stock to special order.

Yes, I am very happy with these brakes. Any mod that improves performance, improves safety, and looks good doing it is worth it to me.

Looks great! Are you going to do the rears as well? How do you like it so far?

The Brembos have been great so far. They have really changed the braking dynamics of the car. I drove my dad's 02 E55 yesterday and the brakes on my 430 feel much better than his stock brakes. I thought about doing the Brembos on the rear (like The Godfather's) but I spent the money on Kleemann headers instead. I'll post pics of the new headers this weekend.

Awsome! Good choice on the Kleemann headers. You will love them. The rear kit i think is more for looks since most of the braking is done up front. You should see anywhere from 30-35hp increase from the headers alone. If you have some question about kleemann let me know and i might be able to help.

Did you do a before and after dyno for the headers? What other mods you have? Please let me know, I was thinking of doing the headers.

Unfortunately, no dyno runs. I didn't even know there was a dyno in this area until after I put the headers on. Kleemann estimates a 7 to 10% increase in hp and torque for an NA car. For my engine that would be approximately 20 to 27 hp, which feels about right. The only other power mods I have are a K&N filter and resonator delete.

Is that at the wheels or crank? Can you feel the difference or can you just kind of feel? The best test is when my passenger says "wow" what a difference. Guessing since my car is a 55 motor and superharged I should be able to get 40hp or 30whp

Honestly, I don't know if that is at the wheels or the crank, but I know that I can feel a difference. When passengers are in my car, they say "wow" when they hear the headers, although they do not have a point of reference for the power difference. Kleemann claims up to a 15% power increase for a FI engine. Given that your engine is both bigger and supercharged, you should see an even greater power increase.
