Ash leather interior
I’m considering the ash leather interior, but have heard some people complain of an annoying reflection of the dashboard in the windshield to the point of being annoying while you drive. Anyone with an ash interior, do you see this reflection and is it a real problem?
I prefer the ash over the charcoal because I find the charcoal too dark. I know that ash is more difficult to keep clean, but I don’t have any kids or dogs in the car to get it dirty.

I haven't noticed any reflection from the dash, but perhaps the key is to not use one of those highly reflective protectants. If you haven't already, you might want to take a look at the actual color. I bought the special edition model (production end...), so it was a choice between black on black or silver with ash, and like you I didn't want a really dark interior. However, the ash is kind of a grey-blue, and I'm not sure if it really goes well with the black maple trim (if you too are getting the SE model).
