cd changer questions

cd changer questions
so my 99' does not have bose nor a cd changer, but i understand that it has the fiber optic wire already installed from factory for the cd changer. but what i do not know is where EXACTLY this wire is. if it is hidden, how do i get to it?
i am also shoping around for a cd changer so if anyone has any leads to one or where to get one cheap would be greatly appreciated.

99 E320
if your E320 is USA model, it should have already been wired for fiber...and
can be located along the inside, left rear quarter panel of the car. go into
trunk and carefully pry back liner just enought to stick your head inside with
flashlight. locate orange FO cable.....as well as power cable.
you are able to use either MC3198 (spring loaded door), or MC3010 (manual
slider, approx .25" shorter, supposed better antiskip features), or MC3110
(unknown difference in features vs above). there are several diff mounts so
be sure they match up with the model changer - buy with changer if you can
to ensure compatibility.
i think i have some TSBs also so email if needed

well my car was a special ordered car imported through canada and sold new in the usa so i wasn't sure if i was going to have the cables.
well after some digging i found the two cables i needed thanks to ur pics, BUT i found a few more cables i i'm interested to kinow what they do.
tv style cable going into fender
dnt know how to describe this one
obd2 in the trunk?
