Is The car lowered? I Have the AMG E55 Monoblocks with 245/45/18 on the front and My Wagon IS Lowered..No Rub So 50 Series may Not rub on a Non lowered car?

Buy new tires! That 235/50 is too tall and that 8% difference is way to much. Ideally you should be running a 235/40/18. You may be able to run a 245/40/18 depending on offset and width, etc. May need to roll fenders.
Also, if the tires are 235/50/18 what car did they come off? The rims may not be for a W210 with wrong offset or use wrong size bolts.

Sounds like the rims will fit. Make sure you get/use the correct lug bolts. Your OEM bolts have a Ball or Radius seat and those Mandrus, made by TSW, maybe Cone seat.
