update!!!!!!!

changed the coil plug connectors and the car is definately better.

there is still a rough vibration sensation on the steering even at standstill. at speed when changes down it is smooth but when you get it to kickback it feels rough.

when you rev up it vibrates/rough feeling all the way through.

i had a 1994 e 320 and i still own a 300e and both those cars were very smooth.
i took it to a mechanic and he felt it was normal?????

any ideas will be appreciated.

Unhappy You changed motor mounts?

Is it rough in gear and out? If you noticed vibration while driving, it might be your flex disk in the drive line. It could be a dirty fuel injector or if your motor mounts are bad you could get vibration. It runs rough but it is not misfiring? No check engine light on?
