How to change the Radiator fluid

Question How to change the Radiator fluid
Hi All, I would like to change the radiator fluid myself this weekend. What is the correct way of doing it?
Here is what i have so far. Please let me know if i m correct.
remove radiator drain plug.
remove engine drain plug.
put back plugs and refill.

I am worry about having air trap in the system when i refil. If that happen how can i fix it..thanks
