Car had an "Electrical Stroke"

Basically the a lock or two would not work every once in a while, same with the windows...then the turn signals stopped working.....but yesterday nothing would work....the trunk would not open (mechanically or electrically), car would not start...then it would start but if you opened or closed a door the alarm would go off....the lights by the central rear view mirror make a buzz when they are dimming...

So this morning i reconnect the battery and everything works fine now...

Checked all (under the seat and in the engine bay) the fuses and they are fine...

Any ideas, suggestions...located in Miami FL any suggestions on where to take the car to get looked at/fixed?
