i have a 2001 e430 with about 75000 miles on it. my temp is almost completely faded and the light on the 100+ side of the speedometer is fading as well. what can be done about this, and any ideas of the cost.

 

Lights are out behind instrument cluster - pull cluster and replace - you will need a pair of pullers $ 11.00 from dealer. It looks like this |____> you could make them from a wire coat hanger if needed. The cluster just pulls out and pushes back in, no clips or screws. Lights are couple bucks a piece and there are 2 different types. Happy Motoring
