windshield washer crapped out?

Hi all,
just wondering if anyone has any ideas for me...

This morning on the way to work, I tried to use my fluid to wash the windshield and there was no spray... Tank is 3/4 full so that's not it. The motor is making noise like it's trying to work. No spray coming from either nozzle so maybe not the lines?

I popped the hood and checked all of the connections, wiggled the lines that run into the resevoir, gave it a good whack for good measure. Got a trickle on the drivers side after that...

Any ideas for me for after work when I'm able to spend some more time on it? Hopefully it's not the motor (it's whining like it's trying), it's a $200 part...

I must have been looking at a different part... For $30 I'll change it just for kicks.
