Yes it will fit E320 since the tires are the lowered sporty one's and it should not hit the fender unless u hit a major hole. However, i see damage on one the wheels

The first set will fit, the second set is a piece of junk (you might have problem with offset of the rear).
1st set: authentic E55 wheels package, as the matter of fact, I highly recommend Nitrous Garage, my friends and I bought lot of stuff from them, always happy with end result.
2nd set: the seller is a crook. This is not a completed E55 wheels, two are from the E55, the other two is from the 96-98 SL500 (look at the part number), he just bundle them all together, put out some fancy pix, and call it a completed set, what a crook. I'm suprise so many people take his lie and bid on the set.
