ABS/ESP/BAS warning lights

ABS/ESP/BAS warning lights
I have a 2000 E320 4matic wagon. I recently hardwired my radar detector by splicing into the cigarette lighter power supply and a grounded bolt in the console. Works fine but I started getting the triple warning lights ABS/ESP/BAS warning lights. Is this a coincident or is there a connection? do I have any options other than going to the dealer to check this out?
