2000 E320 : is it a 50 state emission car?

Hi, im about to move to california and i have a 2000 E320. Is this car already a 50 state car? if not how much is it going to cost me to get this car to pass the smog inspection test. any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. i'll be moving to Los Angeles for a new job.

thanks.

If the vehicle is coming in from out of state, I believe it will need a smog test when you license and register it in California. Smog tests have gone up substantially recently due to more stringent requirements. Smog tests used to cost $35 in my area; now they are $150.
