If you use the MBUSA site, and "register" your car, you might be able to get it from them in .pdf format. Mine is on there, and if I don't feel like getting it out of the car, I'll look at it there.
If you don't have the original hard copy, have a look at eBay Motors. I think you'll be amazed at how much Mercedes literature is offered for sale on there. I needed a couple of manuals that didn't come with my used car, and I found everything I needed that way - not too pricey either!

unfortunately, MBUSA continues to save space by dumping out earlier years when new models are released. so right now, 2000 seems to be the cutoff.
