MB seats: firm or hard?

Most reviewers describe MB seats as "firm and comfortable". To me, there is a fine line between firm and comfortable and hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I consider the seats on our new E320 wagon to be the latter. Can anyone tell me whether it is practical to modify the seats to make them softer? I'd want to do it to the back cushion as well as the bottom cushion.

hmm...i find them just fine...

imo...Lexus' seats would be quite soft if that's that kind of seat you want. its too soft for spirited driving imo.

maybe you could go buy a new cusion....like one of those big hello kitty things..?
