2001 vs 2002 Eclass: any changes?

Identical, as far as I know. In the late 2002 model year, they made a Special Edition for the E320 and E430 (had a couple of no-charge options, and limited color choices); I don't know about the E55.

The SmartKey for 2001+ was updated. Gear shift knob was changed in 2001. Also for 2000+ a Sport Package was optional with 17" rims, AMG front bumper, side skirts, and rear bumper.
