2001 vs 2002 Eclass: any changes?
what upgrades did the 2002 Eclass (E320 + 430) receive over the 2001 models? or are they identical?

2001 E320 RWD - Brilliant Silver/Ash: 100,000+
Identical, as far as I know. In the late 2002 model year, they made a Special Edition for the E320 and E430 (had a couple of no-charge options, and limited color choices); I don't know about the E55.

thanks musikmann. do you know if the 2001/2002 E320s had the sport pkg as an option? i like the AMG bumpers and if i can get those on the E320, that'd be great.

The SmartKey for 2001+ was updated. Gear shift knob was changed in 2001. Also for 2000+ a Sport Package was optional with 17" rims, AMG front bumper, side skirts, and rear bumper.
