I am just north of you in Mesa and work in Chandler.

We had a get together with a few of us Benz owners a while ago. We met at the In-N-Out Burger in Chandler on Ray and I-10. A few guy came up from Tucson so that was a good spot for them to get to just off of the freeway.

Good to have another member in the area.

You could have a light over your license plate bad or one that is not as easy to spot. The brake light sockets are known to give faults as well.

My side marker was out and I walked around the car a few times until I noticed it. My real fix came by replacing my headlight switch.

The message went away after I changed mine last night. I hear using aftermarket bulbs is an issue at times. I got mine from the dealer. Hope this helps

is there anyway to bypass this damn lamp failure message??? i have aftermarket hids and all leds in the interior and cluster so im always gonna have this message,is there a bulb check relay that i can pull out ??????

It is checking for a current draw. The LEDs use less current so they trigger the fault. You can add resistance to the circuit to bring the current up to avoid the fault.
