E240 Wheel alliginement and wait balancing?

I have E240 1999 Station wagon with self leveling system. I have recently purchased the wagon with no service record. Was feeling slight steering vibration at the speed of 50 to 80 KM. So got it wheel balanced and the electronic wheel alignment today.

Attached pl find the scanned copy of the wheel alignment report. The question is on the top of the report it is mentioned about "Witout level cntrol" whereas my wagon has got the self leveling system at the back. Was it right to select "Witout level cntrol" from the system while having the electronic check for the wheel alignment?
Well now there is no vibration in the steering.

I don't think it makes a difference as long as the tires are balanced. The rest is not important unless you still had vibrations. Then your into parts. I just went threw the same thing and all my new tires were bad..Crazy

While going on the higway at the speed of 130 Km i have felt that the steering moves to the left side. One has to hold it tightly in order to go straight. otherwise the car starts moving to the left side.

Is it on account of a bad alignment or what else could be the problem?

Unless you have bad front-end parts (worn out, or damaged), it is the alignment, IMO.

If all the parts are tight, tires are inflated properly, then, it is the front-end alignment.

Usually worn out parts will cause vibration and noise at that speed. I could be wrong, but pulling to one side has to do alot with the alignment.

Good luck!
