Bilsteins or Koni?

Which is better and why? Would it have anything to do with ride height?

I've heard Bilsteins are better because of the way they bounce back on impact. But that's IMO.

i've heard Koni's are better. the ride quality can be adjusted easily after installation. i am planning on pairing them up with soem H&Rs.

Koni or Bilsteins

Can either of these shocks actually affect the ride height??
