ASR Fault Message and P0150 & P0155 Codes

'97 Renntech E60RS
ASR Fault Message and P0150 & P0155 Codes
MY E60 is based on a '97 E420. I am getting a ASR fault message, when the throttle will not work, plus P0150 & P0155 codes, which are for O2 sensor faults.
Are these connected? When its above 32F the car starts fine, below 32F and I get the ASR message. I can "trick" the car when its cold, by starting the car with 1/4 throttle, but thats not something I intend to do every day with a $30K engine!
Any ideas?
