MB Parts warranty
Lets say MB replaced an instrument cluster in April 2006 under warranty. car was sold in December 06, and the new owner has instrument cluster problems in January 2007.
Does MB have a parts warranty that would cover this situation?

Do you get MB warrenty when you purchased the car? If you bought the car from MB, I would think that it would be covered. I would just call the parts dept. and ask how long is the warrenty on parts. If new instrument cluster is needed it is about 1k!
