Hey Wanted your opinion on which grill looks better? I spray painted the black to silver recently.

for some reason the big star on the grill isn't working for me...

not a fan of the chrome headlight rings, they make your car look like...

I like the one on the very right. Looks quite nice. But the hash grill (3rd one) LOOKS HIDEOUS. THE PICTURE BLINDED ME

Aren't 2 and 4 the same? Maybe 4... I was thinking of doin the grill thingy, but I think I like the stock better unless of course you paint it all black like Alex . Keep it simple.

In the spirit of this thread. Anyone have a pic of a black car with a blacked out stock grille? Been thinking of doing that, but not sure how it would look.

Yeah the first grill with the star doesn't have chrome strips. and the last one does. I'm planning on staying with the chrome strips with the star.

All though I am planning on removing the headlight rings and polishing the head lights again. ( yearly ordeal) The newer style headlights are so riced out.

And another thing is that the meaning of STOCK is that you don't modify ANYTHING on your car..

even rims,body,lights,radio

bleh, keep it stock.

the big star in the front makes it look ghetto, IMO. if you want the Big star in the front, just buy a car with the big star in the front :dunno:

which is why everyone was making comments specifically about keeping the grill stock, and not the entire car, which after all was your question in the first post

yet the chrome rings, stick-on chrome strips, and gutter-guard grill are not...

Talking

I meant I don't mind aftermarket parts BUT some in here are saying keep it stock but their cars are modified with aftermarket parts.

Just like my other car, I add aftermarket stuff on it too. It's just that benz doesn't have much stuff out there unlees you live in germany. or have an unlimited checkbook.
