Pretty good pricing on service I got??

I just had the oil changed for the first time since I have owned the car. I got the oil changed (8qts Mobile 1 + filter), new wiper blade, fog light changed, parking lamp, and they cleaned out the salt in my brakes. $133 total. What do you all think? They said my brakes were probably going to be due at my next service or about 10K. They quoted me for $355 for all parts (front and rear pads with sensors) and labor ($200). Those being OEM pads. Just trying to compare to what others are paying.

Look okey to me on the service charge, a bit too much on the brake job. You probably don't want the OEM pad for front brake, since they produce too much dirt, you might want to get those "PBR deluxe" from mercedesshop-dot-com (FastLane)

OEM pad should run around $100/pair at dealer, and $70 at FastLane. For $350 part, it should be rotor included, instead of of just pad.

I'm suprise they don't change rotor, lot of place (dealer included) replace rotor when changing brake.

Steal of the year for a dealer oil change.

Still a good price for a brake job, unless you do it yourself as per the previous post.

Okay I dont think I made my brake change clear. The total for pads and labor is $355. I will look into that site for some pads. Are the PBR's okay to use with stock rotors? Also this was not a dealer. It was scotthallimports.com located in Louisville. My buddies uncle owns it. They do a lot of work on MB's since the local MB dealer is $$$. Imagine that

PBR is ok with stock rotor. That is a good price for a brake change, IF it includes rotors, or IF it is for all 4 wheels. One or the other.

Hey can I get the part #'s for the PBR deluxe front and back rotors. I looked on that page and there were 2 different front and back selections for pads and they both have PBR deluxe.

Thanks,

Paul
