Source for phone?
I don't miss a CD changer, but I'm starting to wish I had the built in phone in my new car. Is there a source for the phone and install kit that is less expensive than my local dealer (to whom I've contributed plenty this year)?
Also, can the voice control be easily added by the dealer, or is it a factory option?
Thanks,
MBMB

The phone and Voice Recognition can be added, no problem. Many aftermarket dealers sell this Mercedes Branded accessory. Check out Autowerkes Express or Autoclass for pricing.

As a less expensive alternative, you may want to consider a Samsung phone -- voice dialing built in, hands-free kits available, etc. All told, I paid something like $300 for a kit and installation, add another $80-$100 for a phone.
