Question Oil Additives

Mercedes claims NOT to add any of those products.

I am thinking that maybe some Slick 50 or Z Max wont hurt and may help in keeping a longer, smoother running engine.

Any Thoughts on these products ?

i've ran fuel injector cleaner though the tank, along with NOS racing octain booster to make 100 octain gas, no problems. I'm planning to use sea foam to clean my motor out. I wouldn't recomend using them often on the basis of to much of a good thing

96 and 08 911 turbos
absolutely useless.

use a good synthetic oil and you will be fine.

fwiw, most octane booster raises fuel about 3 to 5 points. Thats from 93 to 93.3 or 93.5.

the only really effective octane boost is a race fuel concentrate called Torco.

However, there is zero reason to use it with a stock or near stock (ie not blown) e class.

I guess your all right. I was reading some reviews and they consider it all Snake oil products.
Most of it was all outrageous claims without any results. Have to admit I was drinking the koolaid.
In some cases it caused serious problems with the car. Thanks for the wake up call.
