Finally lowered!
Got the springs on it and aligned. Used the H&R Sport springs #29724-2, #1 springs pads up front, and left the stock pads on the rear. It lowered the front a total of 1" and the rear a total of 1.5". I was hoping for a little more of a drop on the front, but I think it came out ok. Now I have to watch rear tire wear and see if I need to buy a camber kit for the rear or not.

Lookin' good.

Keep in mind, the springs will settle a little lower over the next few days.

Nice, that a boy. Yup springs will settle. You should definitly get a rear chamber kit.

Alignment Kit Help!!!
What alignment kit did you use to offset negative camber up front. I just lowered my E Class and need an alignment kit.

Greg: I didnt need an alignment kit for the front. My guy was able to get it within specs.

The kits are acctually (2) 8" long threaded bolts with special nut and washer.
(2) are needed for each control arm. Cost about $30 per kit. MB part #

Well if you live in central or Northern Cali call Darwin at carlab he did my rear camber kit he is located in Santa Clara.

There are a few camber kits out there, K-mac, speedybenz, HOP rear trac bars, renntech, and a few others. Prices I assume start at $300 and up.
