Hi All
I was wondering if my original CLK320 W208 S (1998) alloys/tyres 205/55/R16 (offset 37) will fit on my mates E220 CDI W (2000) currently 205/65/R15 without any problems?

Yes, although 215/55R16 is a more appropriate tire size for the E-class.
