Condensation in the Zenon lamp cover
moist air meets cold surface. was the car washed?....or rained etc? there
are vents in the rear of the housing and I'm still scratching my head how best
to ventilate.....or warm that outer lens using ambient engine heat somehow.
i even have the TSB for MB and they dont really have a good fix for this
ailment.

Nowaday, when customer complain, they basically tell customer that it's just the nature of clear lens light, and condensation will go away. Only if your light is is really bad shape that they agree w/ replacement.
Acura sell one of those bag that if you put into the headlight, it suck all the moister, and keep the condensation away. That's how they resolve customer complain now too. FYI, Acura replaced headlight for almost every 04-05 TSX/MDX out there; they learned and go w/ much cheaper fix solution now.
Mercedes ML is known to have that problem too. Dealer tell customer to suck it up as well

The TSB goes so far as to remind the tech to hook up the exhaust tube so he doesn't poison himself. Makes you wonder.
