Question Any thoughts?

Mercedes, E420 1997

Yesterday I got off the freeway and noticed rough idle also in neutral and park, after 2-3 mins got "Check Engine Electronics Message"

I read the codes at the local autozone and here is what I found out:

P0170 "Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1)"
P0173 "Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 2)"
P0455 "EVAP Emission Control System Leak (Large)"
P0306 "Cylinder 6 Misfire detected"

Has anyone else have this problem and is it something which I can fix myself or its better to take the car to mechanic?

Thanks for your help

I know the PO170 and PO173 is 9/10 your Mass Air Flow Sensor. That is an easy do it yourself. I actually just ordered one for my car. Currently my car only has a PO170 code showing up. But, I believe with both PO170 and PO173 it's more likely to be the MAF.

PO455 is a fuel tank pressure sensor. I don't know much about that.
PO306 is cylinder 6 misfire like you said above. I am no expert but I would check your O2 sensors, plugs, and coils.
I hope you are using premium gas.

good luck!
